This is one of the pathetic service i have ever got.I got the data card after 5 days it got deactivated for no reason. They activated it after 3 days but the speed which i got was 60kbps, which is very less for a 3.1 mbps connection. The technical guy from the company came to my house took the speed recordings and siad there is a problem with the tower in my area and also said my money will be refunded. But now its almost 2 months none of the sales peoples or office guys respond my call…These guys dont refund money for their tower issues….its really sad….Any Virgin moblie employee reading this msg, give an explanation for this….If you can’t its a shame on your part…

Akhil, Thanx for sharing your experience. Hope Virgin authorities will look into your problems. You must think about approaching the consumer court. Submit a written complaint to the customer care and get it acknowledged.

DO NOT BUY Virgin Mobile’s vFLASH DATACARD even if they offer it to you for free.

If you want this datacard (Modem device) I will give it to you for free.

I was victim of their trap. And this modem is laying useless since then. I would like to give it to anyone for free if they want. But I can’t tolrate their bad service.

You do not need a UserName and password. It will log you on automatically when you connect the device and click on connect button in the software.

I hope this company will colse down very soon.

you people are absolutely right they are pathetic. i’ve bought datacard on 15th july2010 but till 20th july no proper response from the virti infocom pvt. ltd. the sole selling agent for virign mobile and there is no complaint box online. these people should be punished under consumer protection act.

i will suggest -ve grading for virgin mobile.

Same here,
I just bought the data card and they said that within 2 hours it will be activated, but since it is more than 24 hours nothing has been done, where ever i will call even in their customer support no response even, i tried to call the area manager of hyderabad(i dont know the fellow is area manager or what) i got the number by the virgin person saying he will be tackling all my queries. but that fellow did not pick up my call a single time. i dont know how the hell company is paying for those kind of stupid people who are going to vanish their business. you are taking money from us and not even understanding your responsibilities. if my connection will not start i am going to sue them in case of bad service, mental harassment, irresponsible behavior and specially the guy who is not at all responding to my call.if any one of the virgin person is reading this please understand your responsibility and work properly.
