BSNL users are divided into 2 sections according to IP range

1. IPs starting with 117.xx.xx.xx

2. IPs starting with 59.xx.xx.xx

You need a 14 digit portal ID to check the usage. If you do not have it, make a call to the local exchange. They keep it in their records.

Bandwidth meters are independent software used to check usage details. Please note that the bandwidth meter do not start from the beginning of the month. Instead it will show the reading from the moment it is installed. You may choose either of these

b. Networx bandwidth meter ( with graphics)
