Rediffmail Server Problem- Several accounts affected

Something seriously going wrong with Rediffmail. Rediff is not my primary or secondary email account  but never forget to login at least once in a week. Today just tried to login and got a message “Service Temporarily unavailable wlEmoticon sadsmile Rediffmail Server Problem  Several accounts affected We are not able to Sign you in at this time. Please try after sometime. We appreciate your patience and regret the inconvenience caused to you”

It is learned that many other Rediff users are also facing similar problems. The customer support of Rediff says they have some issues with their servers and working on it. No user data or contents  will be lost. You need not to go for the recover password option, wait for sometime and try again.

Recently Gmail users have also experienced similar problems due to some issues at their end. Nowadays email accounts are very much important for both personal and business needs, and these type of problems can paralyze you. Hence we must always prepare for a disaster which can be happened at any time. Proper backup of data and contacts are very much important in terms of survival.

How to  backup of your Rediffmail account ?

For backup and mail grabbing options you have to enable POP3 in your mail account. Unfortunately the POP3 access of Rediffmail is a payed service. POP3 access of a Rediffmail account costs Rs 399/- INR (Approx 9$) for one year. Once activated, you will be able to download the contacts and mails to your desktop email clients like MS Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird etc .

    It’s really very disappointing that my rediffmail ID is not working since last 2 days, despite send information on rediff helpdek center no action taken.Can you please check my ID and get activate as soon as possible

    After aceespting password it comes and stuck at and shows it have tried in couple of browser but same problem, from same machine can access other mails box, please help here

    I am unable to login in rediffmail account since many days.Every time there is a massage displayed that your username or password is wrong. Hence I click on forget password and enter same password than only I got a code no on my mobile and entered the same than only my emails are displayed. Pl let me know solution of this problem.

    Hi,

    I am having a rediffmail account for more than 12 years.Whenever i login to my account with a password, it is showing as incorrect password.i have to change my password through forgot password link every time i login to my account.Pls provide a resolution as soon as possible.

    To whom so ever it may concern.

    This is to inform you that since last two days i am unable to open my mail account due to YOUR server problem.

    I am astonished to see the same reason i.e server problem,is it so hard to check the servers and rectify it?
    I AM IN BUSINESS, HENCE FINDING DIFFICULT TO VIEW MY MAIL’S,WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE IF I LOOSE THE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY?

    I AM USING REDIFFMAIL ACCOUNT FOR MORE THAN 2 YEARS WHENEVER I LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT WITH PASSWORD ,IT IS SHOWING AS INCORECT PASSWORD.SO PLZ PROVIDE A RESOLUTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

    i’am using rediffmail a/c from 2 years, but nowdays a problem is coming that no file is attaching, due to this i’am not able to send business mail,
